We are looking for a senior change leader who wants to provide professional support in an ongoing transformation journey within the Public Space department of a municipal organization. You will contribute with experience, methodology, and tools to plan, drive, and anchor the change work in close collaboration with the operations manager and management. The assignment involves working closely with both the management team and employees to ensure participation, clarity, and effectiveness in the reorganization.

• Plan and prepare change activities together with the operations manager and management.
• Support the operations manager, unit managers, and operations managers in governance, prioritization, and implementation of change initiatives.
• Act as an advisor in change management and contribute with structure, methodology, and practical working methods.
• Facilitate workshops and dialogue activities for managers and employees.
• Support the work with communication materials, communication plans, and forums for dialogue.
• Work with cultural and value issues as part of the transformation journey.
• Identify risks, obstacles, and success factors and propose measures.
• Contribute to the development of governance and management, including roles and distribution of responsibilities.
• Strengthen the Public Space department organizationally and culturally based on the desired effects of the reorganization.
• Ensure anchoring and participation throughout the organization.

• At least 8 years of documented experience in consulting assignments in similar areas.
• Documented experience of having worked as a manager within the Public Space area and in supporting/advisory roles for similar professional groups.
• Experience in change work in municipal or public operations.
• Experience in working with cost efficiency.
• Personal experience of working as a manager and leader, including as a member of the management team.
• Certification in change management.
• Certification in team development.
• Good knowledge and practical application of established change management models (e.g., The Four Rooms of Change, SCARF, ADKAR, Lippitt-Knoster, GDQ, SDT).
• Documented experience in leading and implementing change projects such as reorganizations and operational changes.
• Experience in coordinating roles with responsibility for driving and maintaining complex processes.
• Very good ability to facilitate workshops and create engagement among managers and employees.
• Excellent pedagogical and communicative skills in speech and writing, as well as the ability to adapt messages to different target groups.

• Experience working within Enköping Municipality.
• Experience in team development, leadership development, and management team development.
• Experience in developing communication materials and change messages.
• Experience in cultural and value work in larger organizations.
